While many assume that canceling tickets will get you a 100% refund, this is not always the case. Sometimes, you may receive partial refunds or airline credits, which can be redeemed for future bookings or seat upgrades. However, airline credits come with certain restrictions and expire after a certain number of days. For more information, please get in touch with our professionals.
It's important to cancel your ticket within 24 hours of booking to claim a refund. However, the refund is not guaranteed as it depends on certain external factors, including third-party suppliers’ cancellation and refund policies.
If you cancel after 24 hours, you will not receive a refund. However, you might receive trip protection insurance, which requires a minimum of 10 business days to process.
The entire process of cancellation and refund takes time, so we do not guarantee a specific timeline. However, we ensure that we consider your application for refunds in the order received. Moreover, we will provide a confirmation email upon receiving your request. After verifying all terms and conditions with third-party suppliers, we will confirm your cancellation and refund.
Note: The processing time for your refund is approximately 60-90 days from the date of your cancellation request. If the supplier does not process the refund, we may refund our post-ticketing service fees, but not the booking fees for the original travel reservation or booking.
